Shchedryk is an ancient Ukrainian New Year carol that became world-famous as Carol of the Bells. Its hypnotic four-note motif spins at a lively pace on steel tongue drum, creating a mesmerizing metallic shimmer. The rapid eighth-note drive demands some agility but rewards players with an electrifying, bell-tower effect. One of the most recognisable folk melodies on Earth.
